This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- For those with sensitivity to dog hair and dander – Although there is a ‘No Pet Policy’ and the condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between bookings, the owner who occasionally visits the condo has a dog.

- Additional features include linens and towels, complimentary wireless internet access, in unit washer and dryer, keyless entry, board games and cards and secure outdoor storage.



NORTHSTAR VILLAGE, MOUNTAIN, and GOLF COURSE:

Village Restaurants, bars, shops, convenience store and movie theater are all with-in walking distance of the condo. Wintertime: Northstar Mountain opens for world-class skiing, village activities including ice Skating, smore time in the afternoon and live music. Summertime: Mountain opens for mountain biking hiking and village offers roller skating, live music, and various fun activities. Golfers can indulge in the sweeping fairways of the nearby Northstar Golf Course, a mere 4-minute drive away with seasonal shuttle access.



Perhaps one of the biggest attractions of all is stunning Lake Tahoe. Enjoy popular beaches on the crystal blue water, like King’s Beach just 11 minutes away, or find a private cove with unforgettable swimming. From boating and water sports to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities on the lake. Don't miss the chance to experience all the beauty and adventure that this area has to offer.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.



Other Things to Note:

Guests have access to the NPOA Rec center, located just below the village. Year-round Fitness Center, lap pool, hot tub, arcade, and Sauna. In the Summertime, NPOA opens their large community pool, kiddie pool, splash area, poolside lounge chairs and café. Rec Center also features Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Basketball Court, Bocce Ball Court, Kiddie playground and BBQ Rentals- weather permitting. Provided Guest Passes give access to the NPOA and NPOA parking lot. Contact NPOA for current hours of operation and rates.



Free Seasonal Northstar Shuttle Service including to Village, NPOA and Golf Course available from designated area in the Silver Strike Parking Lot. App available on Google Play or in the Apple Store.
