At the time, we were new to the platform and unfortunately hadn't properly synced our calendars with our other booking sites. This led to your reservation being double-booked and, ultimately, had to look for an alternative.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We understand you received a partial refund for the price difference, but we know that doesn't fully make up for the trouble.
