A large and welcoming home near everything in Boulder. Trails and epic views for days! Perfect for small groups, families and travelers who like space in a quiet neighborhood. A well loved home in the Majestic Heights neighborhood of Martin Acres, or "Martian" Acres to the locals, that makes a great basecamp for all of your Front Range adventures. Please note this listing has quiet hours in keeping with the low key, family oriented neighborhood.

An elevated experience awaits with Merv 16 air filtration, luxury and organic cotton linens, a variety of pillows and blankets, eco-friendly mattresses, low odor and organic cleaning products, bike locker onsite, wired internet speeds of 850 Mbps up/down via fiber and everyday supplies that add value.

The house is well stocked all around with many essentials provided. All new appliances, high end cookware and all of the kitchen accessories await your creations. As an office, you'll find many basics plus a powered sit/stand desk on wheels so you can make any room a work or study space.

Chances are the host has something to lend or rent in case you don't find what you need or forgot something at home!

Music and movie lovers will appreciate the premium sound system. Connect via Smart TV or AV Receiver and play some of the records you'll find on the shelf. Plenty of books, puzzles and games are here to help you relax and enjoy your visit to our beautiful home.

The maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated by using beds in the common space: queen futon in living room and twin day bed + trundle in the great room. We also have a camping cot and kid friendly linens upon request.

The host + a friendly cat and dog occupy a garden level unit with a separate entrance in the same building. Gardens are shared though guests can expect extra privacy in the backyard during their visit.

The entire property (5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms) is available by request only. Price will be negotiated based on timing, number of guests and length of stay.

In town for a wedding

Our host, Heather, provided an awesome stay! Her place is very clean and organized and we found each space had great, comfortable vibes.We had 6 kids, age ranges 2-12 years, and 3 adults. We comfortably slept and enjoyed the space while we were coming and going through out our weekend.We would definitely stay again!Special shoutout to our new special friends Coda & Cosmo!!

Family adventure to new state!

I stayed here with my fiancé, dad, and pets on our journey cross country to our new home. Heather’s home was AMAZING. The house is absolutely beautiful, and she has equipped it with everything and anything you could hope to need. Heather herself was so kind, flexible, and accommodating - easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this space to anyone in town.

Excellent stay! Property owner was super sweet and communication check/in/out was smooth. Super clean and well appointed w/clear instructions. The beds were verycomfortable. The backyard is tranquil and a great place for a cup of espresso while taking in the sun and foothills. Within walking distance to a really nice park w/ lake, walking path, disc golf, Bball, & pickleball courts. Perfect for families with young children. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Boulder!
