The property was ideally located for us to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.Everything was clean and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The most outstanding item was the communication with Eula and Mary Jo. They were extremely responsive to our questions and inquiries. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful visit and the communication from the host could not have been better! The house is located on a beautiful property, and we enjoyed our evenings on the front porch watching the sunset. We were in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament at All-Star Village and the trip from the house took about 30ish minutes which we found totally manageable. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Five-StarsWe had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay in Cooperstown! The house was beautiful and situated on a lovely piece of land that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The owner truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and responsive, which made our experience even more enjoyable.Cooperstown itself is a beautiful town with so much charm, and this home was the perfect place to enjoy it all. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful renovated farm house. Very peaceful and quiet. The owners definitely care about their home and want their guests to have a great stay. The management company isn’t as attentive.

The house is beautiful, comfortable. The house wasn’t clean. The dryer machine was turn on with the towels, the bathroom trash can didn’t have bags. Honestly the house is amazing only needs a best admin.
