This place is a gem and so is Ed - and his team. We had everything we needed, and the 5 night stay was as comfortable and convenient as being at home. Easy parking, great location, bright, very spacious and clean. So glad we found it! Thanks again!!!

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well furnished. We had a couple issues finding the place in the dark when we arrived and parking wasn't as close as we had hoped, but Ed stayed on the phone with us to walk us right to the door. We also had an issue with the AC getting turned off so it was 80 degrees inside when we returned after a long day in the sun at the Cincy Open, but he jumped right on that as well so overall we're happy with his excellent response. Our only complaint is that noise carried up from the bar and street below. It was very noisy from 1:00-2:30 when the bar was closing and even our sound machine couldn't drown it out. Otherwise, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the apartment worked perfectly for our needs.

Great space to house our out of town adult children that come in for the holidays. Lots of stuff around the area to do but we didn't because we were busy spending time with family in NKy mostly. Our daughter brought her dog and they had lots of options for parks and play for him.

The host was excellent and very good with communication. The property itself is very nice and the pictures are accurate. Just be prepared that this is a fourth floor walk up. So if you have older people or even middle-aged… It can be a little bit of a challenge with luggage and groceries. Also be aware that it is truly a downtown property and it comes with the noise associated with a downtown. But a good sound machine took care of that. The rooms are in very good condition and the bathrooms are nice. We really liked the layout and decorating. All in all we found it to be a very nice property.

We enjoyed our stay! The place is fantastic! Clean, quiet, easy parking, great amenities and they even threw in some snacks and coffee! Would definately recommend and would stay here again! It is a walk up and the stairs gave us all exercise this week!Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

The host was great and check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, and perfect for our stay! The only down fall was how loud it was between the hours of 10pm and 3am. There is a bar across the street that has people outside all hours of the night/early morning yelling and and screaming. We were hopeful it was a fluke think the first night but it happened every night we were there (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! This make it very hard to sleep or at least sleep through the night! Overall it was a nice place and worked for what we needed.
