Great location. Clean condo. Resort has everything onsite! Elevator were consistently busy but this isn't a host problem. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

We come to Panama City every year and we love staying at Laketown Wharf. We especially loved this property. We loved the view and there was a lot of seats on the balcony so we could all sit outside. The beds were very comfortable. The property was also very clean.

We loved the room. There were some cleaning issues. Feet would get black and sand all over the floor. We had to mop room ourselves. Also don’t let the mattress cover come off master bedroom. It had a crazy stain. Also shower in master needs a revamp. It has mildew all over the caulk. Balcony wasn’t cleaned from last people either. I know that’s not owners fault but the cleaning crew in which I let her know. The lock to the room was broken so my wife had to wait 7 hrs for a locksmith to come fix. ELEVATORS at this place is a BIG problem. They police everything you do there. No little radios by the pool. They sell drinks by the pool but don’t you dare bring one even close to pool. Just a little too much policing. They made a family take down a shade for there baby cause they didn’t have any. Not the Host fault but the resort. Would not stay here again only cause of elevators and the hotel crew.

Thank you for your feedback Mark. We have changed the cleaning policy to include mopping the balcony. The bathroom is going to get a deep clean and caulked. So sorry about the lock! It is being completely replaced this week. Wish you had a better experience with the resort staff, but I understand your sentiments. Best to you and yours

Beautiful condo and location. We loved the area and the views from the room. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in and out was as easy as it gets with just having your passes paid for prior to getting to the condo. My daughter loved the little bunk bed room as she had it all to herself. We parked on the 6th floor with the walk way to the elevators which was nice even when it was busy which was usually right before and after dinner. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and also people watching especially figuring out what time would be best to eat at Pinapple Willys (which is between 2:00 and 3:00 if wondering). Nice restaurants at the condos and a beautiful water show at night. Enjoyed the private walk way to the beach making it easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay.
