This condo is a beautiful newly renovated condo that has gorgeous gulf views. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. New King bed and also new couch in living room. The swimming pool is beach-side, and is heated during the cooler months. The tennis court is beside the parking lot. You are just steps away from the Famous Sugar White Sand Beaches and Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This is truly a super vacation paradise spot. The Emerald Isle complex was fully renovated in 2016, at a cost of over four million dollars. Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles). No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies).
