Everything you need is within easy reach. Interior features include built-in USB ports, stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, keyless entry, spacious closets, quartz counters, and more. Our building has a lounge, bark park, an unbelievable wellness studio/gym. This is a gated complex with free street parking as well.
The unit is secured by smart lock entry, welcoming you into a spacious living space.

Proximity to Key Areas: The property is near downtown, White Rock Lake and Baylor Medical Center. It's also not far from the Design District, Uptown, and Downtown Dallas, making it a strategic location for both work and leisure.
Getting Around:
Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. There is parking available for guest and street parking for visitors. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location.
Other Things to Note:
Unit is located on the 3rd Floor (no elevator).
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.
TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of accidental coverage for contents and property damage. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found at on our site Terms and Conditions. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and we willl process using the form of payment on file for Guest. Coverage excludes stays over 14 nights.
