Only 2 Steps In! Great Condo Overlooking Lake & Pool! King Bed!

Home-away-from-home is what this condo offers!! It is a very nice, cozy, privately owned condo with plenty of amenities, great location, and an awesome view of the lake! Repeat guests come here often! With just two steps in from the parking lot, upon entry there is a master bedroom with KING size bed and TV to the left and full bathroom with tub/shower. To your right you are greeted by a great view of the main channel of the lake from your kitchen, living room, and balcony. The condo is decorated with a nautical theme through out. The spacious living room has a new sofa, and rocker recliner. Also coffee table, end table and flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including washer and dryer. New refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher installed spring of 2022.

Dinette seating for four inside, as well as bar stool seating for four. Free password protected Wi-Fi. On the balcony is a high top table with two chairs and two regular chairs. Due to insurance, gas grills are no longer allowed on the condo balconies. (Charcoal grills are available for everyone's use on the common grounds.) You can relax and watch the boats sail by on the lake, or watch the action at the heated pool and hot tub located right in front of the condo!!. You also have access to a second pool and hot tub that is even closer to the main channel at Robinwood/Wrenwood Condominiums. Restrooms are available at both pool areas. This condo is a great choice for a couple looking for an economical way to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks. There is a convenient office with regular hours within walking distance to check-in and check-out. Limited boat slip rental is available at an additional fee. Boat launch and boat rental nearby. Five docks in a protective cove for fishing. We also offer other condos available for rent in the same building and in the same condo complex if you need extra space. Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS OVER AGE 28 SLEEPING IN KING BED ONLY.

Great weekend escape.

The condo was nicely furnished, great location, comfortable and Kevin and Cindy were great to work with. Horseshoe Bend area is the best for going out and close to shopping and other entertainment.

A getaway with my fiancé!

Great place. Easy to get to. Amazing view from the balcony. The property managers were easy to work with and extremely helpful. The listing was spot and again an amazing view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again!!!

If you are looking for place to get away, this is it!

Perfect condo for a couple! Easy walk in from parking lot but located on 2nd floor which gives beautiful lake view from balcony. Condo was clean with plenty space. Nice and quiet area. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic vacation!

Being in need of a relaxing vacation, we certainly picked the right spot for that. The condo was very clean and just perfect with everything a person needs. Relaxation over Labor Day

We really enjoyed the condo. It only involves a few steps to get into, however, parking is scarce. I did manage to lock myself out on the balcony while reading. My husband was in Osage Beach at the time, so I called the manager who came immediately to get me back in. It truly was a strange situation but his quick response was so great. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We have stayed in this unit twice. We love the rear wall of glass that provides an unobstructed view of the cove and main channel from the living room and kitchen. The patio is covered and we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. It was clean and well maintained with a comfortable kimg size bed. A big plus for us was the limited number of steps, a rare find in this area. It is a second floor unit, but the entry was just a couple of steps above the parking lot. The unit also overlooks a beautiful salt water pool and hot tub. We are planning to stay here again this summer.

Of the twelve condos we rented over the Memorial day weekend, our cleaning staff expressed concern with the condition the condo was left in and the inability to follow the checkout procedures prior to leaving. It was the worst of the twelve they cleaned after the holiday. We agree that it would be best you find other accommodations in the future.

3 Seasons during our 4 day stay!

The condo was very nice and cozy. The view from the sliding glass door/full length window was awesome. As mentioned, the first day we were there it was in the 70s, next day much colder and rain, day after SNOW then our final day was super sunny and a brisk 50s. As other reviewers have mentioned, the water pressure was very low (took my wife a 1/2hr to get adequate depth for a bath) and the kitchen pantry supplies were a bit sparse from other places we have stayed. They location was just a short drive from may point of interest and a few restaraunts that were open due to the off-season and of course covid. The manager was a bit curt to deal with the three times I had to speak with him (checking in, alerting him we had a package arriving that may arrive at the check-in location and then asking him on how the road conditions might be after the ice and snow since he was a local and would know the area best). All-in-all ... We would surely visit this spot again. Cheers!

MM9-Great view main channel facing south, kg bed!

Pros: My husband and I had a fabulous time renting this condo near Mile Marker 9! The view from the open kitchen/dining/living room and covered deck was facing south (no hot afternoon sun beating in) with a great view of the main channel. We cooked all of our meals but one on the gas grill and loved eating our meals on the deck which overlooks one of the pools and hot-tubs. The living room furniture and king-size bed were comfy. The condo was clean and better than the photos. We found the condo complex quiet during our stay - we visited in August, after school had started. The condo is just a couple steps up from the parking lot which made it easy to unload. We rented a boat-slip and it worked perfectly for our needs. We loved sitting and watching the boats at the channel-side pool. The managers were great to work with. We would recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. Cons: None Suggestions: dishwasher worked but could be updated-informed the manager. Would be nice if the deck above had solid flooring - then this deck would be usable during a rain. Bring your own plastic wrap, tin foil, cooking oil, spices, Kleenex, any other supplies you think of - limited supplies are provided, they will be listed in your rental agreement. Visit the Bagnell Dam for a history lesson of the area, Stark Caverns to explore natural wonders, and JJ Twigs for Chicago style deep dish pizza! Thank you Lake of the Ozarks for a great vacation! We will be back!
