Beautiful Waterfront Property - Family Reunion Destination

This beautiful and clean 3 bedroom, 2 loft cottage sits on the water of pristine Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH. The mountain and sunset views from all rooms are stunning. The cottage features a large eat-in kitchen with all the amenities including a dishwasher, full stove/microwave, refrigerator, toaster over and dining table and adjoins a huge family/TV room with comfortable couches, recliners, chairs and fireplace and another dining table that seats 8-10 people. The dining table sits in front of a bank of windows overlooking the lake that makes you feel like you're floating while you enjoy your meal. Two large full baths and family game room in the finished basement featuring air hockey and ping pong tables complete the inside of this large cottage. The cottage comes equipped with seven TV's and internet connection. In the summer, it also offers a dock for your boat, a perched beach for sunbathing, an anchored raft for swimming and the opportunity to rent a mooring for your water toys. A large outside patio and deck area boasts seating for a crowd and includes a year round firepit overlooking the lake. You can't get closer to the water than this!

Friends weekend getaway, skiing and frozen lake adventures

This was the second we book this property in winter time. The house is beautiful and the host is wonderful! Very close to Ragged Mountain for skiing.

Best Christmas weekend

Our family rented the main cottage for Christmas weekend and it was the best experience ever! The view of the lake from the dinning table was priceless! The extra space for the teens to play and just hang out was a plus. We enjoyed every minute spent at this location. We even discussed possibly going back for the summer! We were a group of 11 and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Great property!!

We rented this property early May for a family trip to celebrate a graduation. The rental was very comfortable, easy to use all of the amenities. We enjoyed the location and wished we could have stayed longer. Host was very helpful. Would definitely book again!!

Unforgettable experience

This is an extremely special place. We were meeting with my sisters and her families for skiing at Ragged Mountain. Pat is an amazing host and was very nice and coordial. Great host and amazing place that resultred in an incredible experience that will not be forgotten.
