Cute cottage on Newfound Lake, rated as one of the cleanest lakes in the country. With a sandy beach and clean, clear water, this cottage is perfect for a young family. Full kitchen and family room with expansive lake views. All bedrooms also have lake views. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, second guest bedroom has a double bed and a toddler bed, and third guest bedroom has a pull-out sofa and futon. Propane heat keeps the cottage warm and cozy for three seasons of the year. New Trex deck offers 180 degree views of the lake with the best sunsets over Cardigan Mountain. 7-night, Saturday to Saturday rental.

Two room bunkhouse with a queen bed and twin bed on the property also available for additional charge; please contact owner for additional information.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please close all windows, doors, the awning, & any open umbrellas. Please ensure the dial for the propane heater is at 1. If you used our provided linens, please strip the beds of the used linens.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and remove all perishables from the kitchen, refrigerator, and cupboards.
Please remove all trash and recycling to the labeled bins on the side of the bunkhouse, and leave the key in the same ceramic pot you obtained it from.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful family cottage with private beach

This private, beautifully decorated family cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was roomy and cozy at the same time with three very comfortable bedrooms. The sunny decks, perfect lakeside location, available boats, and sandy beach made our stay just perfect for a warm August week. Our host was kind, thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Wonderful time at Newfound Lake

This property was great for our family for a week. We loved being right on the water, The view was beautiful, and the home comes with boats, toys, basically everything we could need for kids and adults to enjoy. The pictures made the rooms seem a little smaller than it felt when we arrived- there was plenty of space. The two decks were great, awning and umbrellas really helpful in the afternoon. Kitchen and indoor eating area are small but very well stocked. Check in and communication with Rachael was great, very friendly and welcoming. She set up the pull out bed and a portable crib for us. Thanks for a great stay!
