Sun King is a resort like, private residence, in serene Redington Ranch, offering 4 comfortable bedrooms. The mix of sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedroom 2, two full beds in bedroom 3, and a sleeper sofa in the den/bedroom 4. Remodeled in late 2024, including all new furniture, electric/lighting/ceiling fans, paint, kitchenware/dishware, mattresses and amenities. The 2.5 bathrooms are equipped with convenient features such as a double vanity, separate shower and bidet in the master toilet room, blow dryers and soap/shampoo provide in both full baths. Guests can enjoy the professionally maintained hot tub and pool, as well as the dry sauna and spectacular views during their stay at this 3,200 square foot dream escape. This custom-built home has two HVAC units to keep you cool on hot days and warm on those occasional cool Arizona nights, as well as two hot water heaters to ensure your showers are the perfect temperature. Comfortable dining room table with seating up to 8. Every room in this retreat has large picture windows with amazing views. Conveniences such as two dishwashers, WIFI, a three-car garage, wet bar and spacious rooms offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our home is your home during your stay in this stunning property situated on just under 3 acres in a canyon setting. You'll be restored and rejuvenated after leaving this cyclist, hiker or UTV (bikes & UTV not included with property) seekers playground, as the property offers quick and easy access to all three. Additionally, you'll have access to the Redington Ranch Community pool, pickleball courts, pond and stables. The views seen in the provided pictures only begin to show the beauty of the Arizona sunsets and skyline. This property becomes more amazing day after day.

DISHES: Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. There are two dishwashers. Upon leaving, please place all dishes in the dishwasher(s) and run it/them.
TRASH: Do not leave trash in the house. Please put all trash in the bins (regular & recycling) located in the garage. Place bins at the end of the driveway.

Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, our family purchased this home after my wife's decade long battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer and Early Onset Alzheimer's. We found this home/property to be a place of healing and tranquility. We would like to share it's beauty with others while we travel to our home in Alexandria.
Why they chose this property
Redington Ranch sits in small canyon in northeast Tucson. The large lots offer space and privacy. Views of the sunset, city and mountains made the neighborhood an easy choice.
What makes this property unique
I don't think there could be more spectacular views anywhere in Tucson. The 180 degree views to the east, turning south, and then to the western sunsets are exactly what anyone would hope for when visiting Arizona. Additionally, large picture windows in every room offer a view of either the Tucson skyline or one of Tucson's numerous mountain ranges. Furthermore, to be so close to Tucson, yet offer the serenity and quietness that it does, is so surprising. And those things only speak to what it's like when the sun is up. The dark night skies are an aspiring astronomer's live action observatory.
