Sutton-Alpine is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom tiny farmhouse-cottage. The cozy space offers WiFi, and all the amenities for your convenience. We’re located about 25 miles from Palmer across from the Matanuska River on 23 acres. Host is on property but the tiny house is private with its own driveway. Lots of wildlife. It’s a soothing retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax.A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.There’s no smoking inside but outside is fine. There is a handrail for the stairs but they’re pretty steep so keep that in mind.

Weekend of exploitation

I stayed here for a long weekend, and fell in love with the area. It was a beautiful drive from Anchorage. The tiny house was peaceful, cute and perfect for a long weekend.
