Red Leaf River Inn is owned and operated by Victor Johnston, along with his sons, Alexander and Nikolas. They have lived all over the northern and eastern United States and settled in North Carolina in 2014 after searching through multiple states for the perfect B&B location. Victor envisioned a bed and breakfast where every guest is welcomed like family (don't worry, they won't ask you to do the dishes) and made to feel at home. They don't do lists of rules, curfews, or doilies.
The Rhododendron House is a stand alone building with all the amenities of home in a serene and peaceful setting with top of the line hospitality and relaxed atmosphere.

This is our second time staying at Victor’s cottage and it was just as great as we remembered. We had a sick child who we didn’t want to bother anyone at breakfast, so Victor brought breakfast to us. He’s a great communicator and a fantastic chef!! The home fries are out of this world.
