About this property
Your Cabin at the Beach - Vintage Long Beach Cabin
Cozy, comfortable, and colorful - our little beach cabin is just steps away from a trail to the beach and blocks from the Long Beach Arch, restaurants, shops, and activities in Downtown LB.
The cabin is not suitable for Toddlers, but families with school age children are welcome. Pets CONSIDERED. We love 'em, but please discuss with me.
The cabin has an easy-to-use propane Fireplace (which is the heat source for the living room and bedrooms), a large simple kitchen, and lots of windows.
The space
Our cabin's original footprint was built in 1890 and has been added onto over the years - think indoor plumbing, kitchen, etc. Though we have added upgrades over the years it still retains the simple charm of a 125 year old cabin.
Guest access
Guests can utilize the whole house including the laundry room, and the well maintained and fully fenced yard.
Please do not put Oversized Loads, Mixed Colors, or heavily Soiled/Sandy items in the Washer/Dryer.
Other things to note
Our cabin can comfortably accommodate 4 people, but to be clear it is not a huge space. The bath is small with a low ceiling and the bedrooms are cozy, but the kitchen and living room are larger and we have a good sized fully fenced yard.
Special "Length of Stay/Day of Week" restrictions may apply during Major Holiday and Festivals.
