Cabin on the beach with just a few minutes walk on a private trail through the dunes. Recently remodeled 1 bedroom, with a new queen bed and all new hard wood flooring in kitchen and main living area. Two sleeper sofa's in living room also brand new, by fireplace. Wi-Fi and satellite TV upstairs w/bluetooth theatre sound. If you need an extra bdrm, or travel w an rv couple, take advantage of our 30 amp RV service next to cabin, and bring your RV for added space when renting the cabin. for 35.00 per night,( 2 ppl max )in rv pls. There is also a brand new laundry area downstairs along with added recreational space , (w outside entry only not a bdrm.)Games, puzzles, DVD player and mini fridge downstairs for picnic or RV rec room space to relax. This property is pet friendly, on one acre. Come and check out our cabin at the beach and enjoy all of the events in downtown Long Beach 10 minutes from downtown. Its a beautiful quiet area just 2 blocks from the Cranberry Street beach access too, for easy beach access to drive down the beach, clamming and just playing on the beach! Its perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family trip. Its small, but comfortable, take advantage and bring your rv an for extra space or a friend and enjoy the fire pit and out doors together at the beach!. Dogs are ok w a 25.00pp fee 2 dogs max per reservation please.

House is perfectly nestled and private in a great location filled with bunnies, birds, deer and other wildlife. We love staying here and the hosts are attentive. Home is tiny, but perfect for a beach anniversary getaway.

The cabin was just like it showed on the VRBO page. We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was stocked really well with kitchen supplies. The walk to the beach on the path was really easy. There was hardly anyone else at the beach when we were there. We will stay here again in the future.

Convenient to Long Beach, and quiet, with beach access. The house is on a very large lot, is very well-maintained and very clean, and well-stocked with plenty of amenities. The living areas are comfortable, with a wood-burning fireplace. The bedroom is pretty well filled by a queen bed and was a bit tight for us. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent private get away

We’ve now stayed at this property twice and will continue for our annual Doggy Vacation (we bring our pup here every year…she LOVES the beach!). It’s clean, the perfect size and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. We love that it’s outside the main town; just a short, beautiful walk through the dunes and you’re at the beach…where most often, you have it to yourselves. No crowds, peaceful and wonderful!

Perfect cabin for 2 people and a dog. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Didnt care for walking outside to do laundry but wouldn't be a factor in a future visit. Walk to the beach was a little long but nice. Lots of rabbits!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The cottage is cozy, comfortable and very clean! A comfortable bed and we found that despite being close to the highway, it was quiet. While small, it offers almost everything one could want in a beach stay. A well equipped kitchen and dishware for meals in. We especially liked the back porch and comfortable rockers overlooking the back yard. The fenced side yard and dog door were ideal for our girl to come in and out. She enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the rabbits. The trail to the beach is easy and was mostly deserted during our stay, which made long walks ideal. We would definitely stay here again when we find ourselves going to the Long Beach peninsula.

For 5 adults it was a bit of a squeeze inside the house (especially getting around the kitchen to cook). Not super clean but clean enough when we arrived (note extra cleaning before leaving like washing bedsheets and towels at owner's request). It was a sort of cozy place to stay and only a 7-ish minute walk to the beach. Only regret is that we didn't stay for another night and wished the kitchen was properly stocked and clean (lots of dirty old appliances and lacked cutlery, knives and blender; perhaps for safety).

Adventure at Long Beach

Sweet ocean cabin thoughtfully put together. I like to cook and I found everything I needed to make dinners. Bed very comfortable for sleeping. Loved the lighthouse and dolphin themes.

Dream Honeymoon Cabin

My new bride and I were married in March but because of work we couldn't take our honeymoon right away. That was actually a blessing because this cabin was simply a magical place for us. First of all, the cabin is so nicely decorated and super clean. Everything is so convenient and the fireplace was simply devine. It is in a quiet setting, bunnies all around the yard, beautiful walks to the beach: Just relax and enjoy your company. Long Beach and the surrounding area was such a wonderful place to be during this time of the year (Late June). If you are looking to really get to know your new partner in life, this is the place for you.

Best place we’ve stayed at Longbeach!

It’s a few miles outside of town which makes it perfect! The short walk to the beach is seriously shorter than the walks from places in town and it takes you to the beach where it almost always, is all yours! There’s a wonderful secured back deck with rocking chairs and leads to the fenced dog run. So you’re able to sit outside with you dogs and not worry about them. The kitchen was stocked much more than I had ever anticipated, this stay was the best we’ve had; we come here every year. Definitely recommend this place if you’re not concerned with walking to town. We went to town one day but drove and parked. The beauty and appeal of this home is the location and beach access.

Cozy, quiet and relaxing

We stayed for 3 nights, the weather turned out to be windier and rainier than we’d hoped but having a well stocked cozy cabin made our stay great, we forgot a few things like sugar and salt but were pleasantly surprised to find those items and then some in the kitchen. The trail to the beach was flooded in a couple of stretches but we were able to walk around and make it to the beach a few times. *Pack some rain boots just in case! I loved the bench at the top of the dunes, I’m sure it’s a beautiful spot to catch a sunset. We’d definitely stay there again and will recommend the place to family and friends, it was perfect for us two and our two dogs. Overall the cabin was exactly as advertised, the hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to inquiries as well as accommodating when we needed some wiggle room with our schedule. Thanks for sharing you home with us.

Won’t be staying again.

The neighbors are very scetchy. Trash strewn everywhere. No bin outside for our trash/had to keep inside-rabbits everywhere! The walk to beach is veryyy long & full of mosquitos. Bedrooms so small u can’t barely walk and are sleeping up against a wall. Laundry is in a creepy cellar that anyone can lock u in from outside & full of flies. If you have allergies lk us, it reeks of febreeze. We’re still re-washing all our clothes. Bathroom and kitchen were very clean.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming here for 15 years together. We love this quiet area yet close to town. We love animals and bring our pets here. A Golden, and a Border Collie. We also have horses that we hope someday to have an area here for to ride them on the beach. We love how clean the town is and the activities that we have here, its a clean and safe beach. We also love to take a drive on the beach to watch the sunset or have a picnic its always a treat to come here for us.

What makes this property unique

I feel one of the unique benefits of our cabin is not only is it pet friendly but no crossing streets to get straight to the beach. We are only 1 blk to the drive on access at Cranberry Rd too. A very convenient quiet location with few neighbors and lots of room to play.
