Newly available. Short and long-term. Flexible dates. Surrounded by history in this charming FULLY FURNISHED light-filled Industrial loft in a turn-of-the-century textile factory. Excellent walkable location in Old City, one block to subway, near Elfreth's Alley, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, and the oldest ice cream store in America. Large arched windows in every room.1BR/1BA open-concept corner unit in secure five-story building with ELEVATOR. The unit has exposed brick walls, wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors, stained glass in windows and large wooden beams throughout. Excellent closet space and an in-unit laundry. Kitchen is fully equipped, features all stainless steel appliances, new refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker. New smart TV, computer printer, ample air conditioning, dining room, adjustable queen mattress in bedroom, as well as new king sofa bed in living room. Includes sheets, towels, pillows, blankets.
