Bom, mas podia ser melhor.

O imóvel é muito bom, bem localizado, e espaçoso. Fica em um condomínio, muito organizado e com um piscina bem satisfatória. O detalhe é só em relação aos equipamentos, tais como, TV, AR cond., louças, chuveiros, colchões, wi-fi, os quais já são antigos e não combinam com a realidade do imóvel.
