Great company to work with

This company provides needed information, continues to be available and attentive through your stay and works hard to make your exit easy. The unit was pristine, beautifully decorated, and had a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay. I will definitely use Beachball Properties when I return to Gulf Shores.

Absolutely beautiful and clean condo. We will book this one again. Easy access to beach, private beach entrance. Only suggestion would be add a few more seats to the balcony. But condo was awesome!

The condo was very nice, bright, and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed, also. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach was just a few steps away. We definitely plan to return!

Our condominium was great. It had everything we needed. Loved the bunk room for the preteen! The only thing I would suggest is having more bath towels. There were only three people in our stay, and we were washing towels every day. Location was perfect. Pool was very nice , but the hot tub was broken. Would stay again!

Complex is beachfront, but view from the unit is the pool. Still very relaxing and convenient to the beach.Very clean, just was very responsive, everything was perfect!

Loved this Condo!

Best Condo we have stayed at here! So beautifully decorated and comfortable! You can tell a lot of money went into the furnishings and we slept great on the mattresses. We loved being able to see the kids playing in the beautiful pool from the balcony and we could also see the beach! We were here for spring break and loved that it was not crowded at all in front of the condo due to it being a low rise. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Condo

We are so glad we were able to stay at this Beachball property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and relaxing. My husband was participating in an Archery competition in Foley. It was an easy and fast drive there. We would love to come back again next Feb! Thank you!!

Nice clean well stocked condo with a great pool

The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Parking was easy. The condo was so nice and clean. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. They even had beach chairs available which was nice. The pool was lovely and you could see a bit of the beach and golf fromThe balcony.

Review for Sea Glass 312

Beachball Properties was responsive to all of our questions and needs in a timely manner. We have used them in the past and would use them again in the future. Our main concerns were with the unit itself. It was listed as a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, but the layout is more accurately described as a 1.5-bath unit. The second “bedroom” is more of a nook with sliding pocket doors and no closet, which made it less than ideal for four adults. Sharing one full bathroom and limited closet space was challenging. The water pressure was also not great, and rinsing shampoo from long hair took quite a bit of time. We could also hear the upstairs neighbors walking, closing doors, and flushing the toilet. The second bedroom was warmer and somewhat stuffy since it did not have a ceiling fan. The location was convenient and close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we would recommend this property management company, but I would not recommend this particular unit for a family with older children or four adults.

Sea Glass 312

The condo was beautiful and clean. One of the best decorated condos we have stayed in. The ONLY problem was the people staying right above us. The first night they stomped around the ENTIRE night from midnight until 6:00 am. No sleep. The following night was until about 3:00 am. We thought about coming home a day early to rest, but ended up staying. It sounded like they were moving furniture through the nights.
