Modern Comforts with Authentic Touches — the villa blends contemporary design with traditional Mexican craftsmanship. Cement floors, plaster walls, and oak wood window and door frames create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The traditional, handmade metal doors and windows, along with natural light streaming through every room, highlight the stunning views of the ocean, desert, mountains and pool.

Main Villa Features — the kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice, and a dishwasher. The dining room seats eight under a handmade pendant light, while the living room invites relaxation with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a mounted, adjustable 55” TV. There is also a half bath in the main villa for added convenience.

The Road Less Traveled — the villa is located in a desert landscape, which means you’ll encounter dusty, bumpy dirt roads leading to the property and to some local spots. The journey is part of the adventure, and we promise it’s worth it once you arrive!
