Family Vacation

The condo is in a great location and we love it in Dataw. However the bed in the main lower level is quite small and very hard so only one person can sleep comfortably down there. Overall we liked our stay.

We had a number of concerns during our stay. The unit was very hot upstairs and in the smaller 3rd bedroom where we had a child trying to sleep when kept at the temp required by the unit rules. It was Hard to regulate the thermostat to keep the full unit cool. The carpet has a number of stains and needs cleaning. The drier was ineffective to dry clothes and towels. It took several cycles to dry and the vent was cleaned each time. The heating element is not working properly. The only other seating option in the living room other than the sofa is a very uncomfortable chair where the springs need to be padded.

Property was good with great view-Unit itself was clean but needs some updating paint chipping and cracks througout unitDryer did not work - took 4 cycles to dry small load
