The condo could use a refresh. Many mirrors were cracked, paint was scuffed, furniture was worn out. It was spacious and the views were great. Location was good as well. They need a new cleaning crew. We found trash behind the couches, vape pens in the couch cushions, and ketchup splattered on the floor in the dining area upon arrival. The sheets in the master bedroom had stains on them . I would recommend the Empress, but another condo if you can find one. For the price we paid, I expected a cleaner, more updated place to stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious condo, beautiful views, and convenient location, but we’re very sorry to hear about the condition of the property upon arrival. Unfortunately, these concerns were not reported to our team during your stay. Had we known, we absolutely would have sent someone out to address the cleaning issues, replace the stained linens, and make things right for you while you were there. The concerns you described are not the standard we expect, and we have shared your feedback with our team. We are also reviewing the maintenance and cosmetic items mentioned so they can be addressed appropriately. We appreciate your feedback and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future! ☀️RealJoy Vacations

Amazing beachfront apartment with a view and extraordinary balcony. All furnishings and decor were beautiful and the double living room with double balcony in front and back were especially nice and enabled space for everyone.
