Espaçoso e tranquilo
O imovel está bem conservado e é bem espaçoso. A varanda é otima. O prédio não tem elevador e o apartamento não é muito novo, mas está completo com cozinha equipada e chuveiro funcionando muito bem. Além disso, Sergio foi solícito e eles ajudam no que é necessário.
