Everything was great. Host was great also, but I would recommend updating the headline and take out the Golfer’s part. Brought clubs but course looks like it has been closed awhile. But none the less I would recommend and stay again

This home is spacious and immaculate! If you're looking for a place on Pine Island, this is it! On the Alden Pines golf course and within walking distance to the Pineland Marina, this home provides accommodations that feel like home. I am so impressed with the large, well-appointed kitchen...the owner has provided everything from a bagel toaster and stand mixer to every kitchen gadget imaginable. The spacious laundry room is a bonus and includes high end appliances and a utility sink. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The screened in porch has plenty of seating and a gas grille. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Bokeelia

we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Event though we were there for a month, it was too short, lovely house. We enjoyed having our meals in the lanai and watching people playing golf. Early in the morning listening to the birds singing.... so much more!

Royal visit

This property was great. We enjoyed the quite and peaceful setting. Bird watching was top notch. The yard and trees were occupied by hawks and osprey. Michael was a great landlord. He checked on us and took care of everything. The kitchen was well stocked too.

Nearly Perfect Getaway Spot

This property is clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It has a spacious well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living area and furniture, and a great location on Pine Island. Only a few minor quibbles (king bed in the master would be nice and a few lamps in the living area would improve ambiance at night). I would rent this home again in a heart-beat. Kudos to Michael for a super job in keeping this home in great shape. Having owned vacation rental property myself, I know how challenging that job is.

Great family house in peaceful location!

The house was ideal for our family: my husband and I, our three young children and our little dog! The living area is much much bigger and brighter than the photos suggest, the kitchen is spacious with lots of storage space and worktops, the sitting area is comfortable. There are three good sized bedrooms each with ample wardrobe / storage space and a good sized family bathroom and ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. The location of the house is peaceful - neighbours were friendly and its nice that this is a community where people live not just holiday lets. The advantage of being on the golf course for non-golfers (like us) is that you have pretty green views in all directions and the greens are well maintained. The bird life here was fantastic - ospreys galore, ibis, vultures.. Cayo Costa via state ferrry or Tropic Star private boat is a short drive away. There are shops/ chemist etc on Pine Island. All in all a lovely house in a lovely location!

We enjoyed our stay in this house at the Alden Pines golf community. It is quiet and safe. We enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai. Mike was always available when we needed information. We will stay here again!

Why they chose this property

I am an avid golfer, fisherman, boater and nature lover. Conveniently located just minutes from Boca Grande Pass (The Tarpon Capital of the World) and Pine Island Sound (home to some of the best Sea Trout and Redfish fishing around). This property gives me the best of everything I love about Florida without the noise and hassles of heavy traffic!

What makes this property unique

This home has an 'Old Florida' charm with it's large beautiful yard with mature Royal Palm, Coconut, and Lemon trees. The view from the spacious Lanai is gorgeous one, overlooking the golf course, the nesting Osprey and other tropical birds.
