Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

If the pool was used, make sure all pool floaties, toys, etc. are removed and placed back in the pool bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please DO NOT take the pool vacuum out of the pool or disconnect the pool vacuum for any reason.
Please DO NOT turn the facuet off (that's our water auto fill for the time being). We are getting bids to replace the deck and resurface the pool.
Please DO NOT turn the pool filter off. It is on a timer, it runs at night and super slow during the day.

They accept pets, but we didn't have any. Pool was lovely, nice back yard. Host very helpful and responsive. Kitchen full of appliances and cleaning supplies. Large screen TVs. Lots of videos, books, toys, etc. Big bedrooms. Good security features. Guides for the area available. Big desk and screen for computer.

We came to Arizona for a family girls trip. The house was perfect! Cleanliness perfect! Location perfect! Pool is not heated but we knew in advance, water was refreshing with the Arizona heat! My only wish is for more comfy chairs by the pool. There is outdoor chairs but not lounge chairs, so we had to use the floaties to lay beside the pool. But that’s a minor detail!!!! Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Hello! Thank you for checking out our home. This is our home away from home and we are very proud of it. We bought our Mesa AZ house 3 years ago now to have a place to go and stay to visit one our of our sons, daughter in law and 2 of our grandchildren, and go to spring training games. While we live in California, we love Arizona and all it has to offer. Mark is retired and keeps our households and property running. Tonya is a practicing licensed marriage and family therapist. We have 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren. When we aren't working we enjoy spending time wine tasting, hanging out with our 4 German Shepherd Dogs, taking in a baseball game and relaxing with friends whether we are in CA or AZ. We started the short term rental adventure also 3 years ago and have very much enjoyed hosting people from all over the world. We've been able to provide a comfortable space for family get aways and celebrations, hosted sports teams, been the grounding place for people attending conferences and work trainings and more. It's been so wonderful for us to learn about those that visit us and their stories.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in a central location to many things that people enjoy, such as the bussle of Phoenix or the beauty of Scotsdale. Lots of wonderful food, museums, outdoor recreation and cultural landmarks are easy drives from our home. Quick and easy access to US 60. The home is comfortable for relaxing by the pool, enjoying a barbeque for a family dinner, go for a neighborhood stroll; or if you have to work, there's a desk set up to make it easy to do so.

What makes this property unique

We truly try to have available all that you might need. Children and pets are welcome. (Please note that there is not a fence around the pool). Pack n plays available for the littlest of our guests, pool toys, a barbeque grill, books and games available. The kitchen is fully stocked and extra toiletries in the bathrooms, in case you forgot something. If you have a car and would like to garage it, the garage is available for use. There are a lot of rocks in the back yard that guest have enjoyed painting and leaving a little mark of their visit. There are rock painting pens available ...so paint a rock and leave it or take it as another reminder of your trip :).
Easy access to the freeway will get you to your destinations and adventures and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
