Our property rents full weeks only from Sunday to Sunday starting the last week of June through Labor Day weekend. Rates are nightly outside the peak Summer season.

We are life-long NJ residents who grew up going to the Jersey Shore every Summer. It's our favorite place to be. We love our place because it's perfect for our family of 4 and we'd like to share it with other families that want to get away and would rather a small place of their own for their beach stay as opposed to a hotel room or over-spending on a large rental.
We are seasoned hosts - we rented our first property in Wildwood, NJ for 8 years. We decided to sell that property and buy a bit further north closer to our home. Our building is family friendly and there is pride in ownership with a sense of community.

Why they chose this property
We love that we're just a short block to the beach and the boardwalk is also within walking distance. There are so many places that are an easy walk, including a Farmer's Market with the best banana bread. Seaside Park and Lavalette are also close by for dining and shopping.
What makes this property unique
Our place is comfortable with updated decor and amenities. Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming with no loud parties. Just fun gatherings in our large, shared courtyard space on the ground level. There's a shared grill and seating to enjoy dining outdoors.
