Little disappointed in the beach access, the picture makes it look like you could just walk out the back door. But beautiful picture window overlooking the beach, trail down is a little steep but manageable. Accommodations were great and kitchen was set up nicley. Top of the line appliances.

The cottage was very comfortable with an updated look. The kitchen was a great feature stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

There is so much that I liked about this Cape Cod Cottage experience. The place was a completely stocked mini house, with everything clean and ready to be used. My unit had a modern kitchen and a hose out front to wash off the sand. The fireplace turns on with a touch-screen operation that took a little bit to figure out, but was very fun when I got chilled on the beach.I was SO pleased with the balcony. It spanned the width of my unit and had chairs and a little table. I ate breakfast and watched the sky light up. At night I watched the sun go down. It was beautiful.Also the location on the beach is perfect - right next to the famous stump, which made it easy to find the stairs back to the Cape Cod Cottages. The location being between Yachats and Waldport is also perfect. I spent most of my urban time in Yachats.They provided furniture covers so my dog could relax along with me. He loved the balcony too.The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got a guided tour up front, including pointing out where the game room was. I didn't know that there was going to be a game room, complete with laundry. Very cool!I definitely plan to go back. Can't wait.

Host was very accommodating. Roku TV sucks big time. WON’T RENT AGAIN UNTIL ROKU DISAPPEARS!
