Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Winchester. This custom property offers a living room, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, along with amenities like AC, WiFi, 65 inch TV and access to a washer and dryer located in the main residence.. Enjoy all that Winchester has to offer when you stay at my place. The casita is located near Temecula wine country and several hospitals for easy access to traveling nurses looking for a clean new casita near work. The casita is attached to a home built in 2022 located in a very quiet neighborhood backed up to a undeveloped open area with mountain views. The casita has its own entrance and is completely separate from the rest of the residence with a lock off door between the main house.Plenty of parking infront of the casita only steps away from the front door
