About this property

Because of my husband's allergy's there are no pets allowed.. Condominium across the street from 7 miles of the beautiful Oregon coast. Unit is fully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided for your use. There are toys for the kids and kites included. Cable, TV, WiFi, DVD players in the living room, and each bedroom for your use with a selection of movies. Open the windows and enjoy the sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean and sea gulls! View the fireworks on the 4th of July from the living room and deck! This building provides two parking spaces that are under cover. The parking spaces are located in the second driveway on McNair St.. They are marked #44 for your use. This unit has two queen beds and one twin bed. There is also a queen size blow up mattress for kids. All linens are included. We have sleeping bags as well.

Rockaway weekend

We had some confusion with the codes for the building, which was cleared up quickly thanks to Carol’s quick response. The condo is very cute, but the bedrooms weren’t exactly what we had expected. Neither room has exterior windows. The unit has two parking spaces, which is great. But, if you have two full size vehicles, it is very cozy!

Don’t rent unless you want to clean and disinfect

Walking in and having nothing cleaned or disinfected ruined our stay! Condo had lots of faults, bedrooms are super hot, even though the high temp was 65, no circulation! No windows in the bedrooms, only windows that went into the hallway with lights on all night with no black out curtains! Do not rent! Especially with COVID concerns, really! I did text and call to say there had been no cleaning, Carol did not respond until my daughter sent pictures of unmade beds , crumbs and everything unclean! Carol responded with another cleaning crew coming - but really 4 o’clock checkin, I couldn’t believe that they would do it correctly. Responded with a 100 dollar refund! Did not even come close to the problem the uncleanliness caused. DO NOT rent this place, Rockaway is not where you want to stay.

Great Location in Rockaway

Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo 1 row away from the beach. Very Clean and easy check in. Very peaceful town. My only complaint is that the condo does not have cross ventilation so the bedrooms on the interior were hot. The owner does have fans and the mini arctic air coolers and if you place the fans just right you can get the air from the ocean back to the bedrooms.

We would love to rent to pet owners however our family has severe allergy's so we cannot have pets at our home. Our family has owned this condominium since 2009. We have lived in Oregon all of our lives. This unit is located at 300 N Pacific St, #44, Rockaway Beach Oregon. The view is beautiful! You will not want to go home.

Why they chose this property

Oregon has some of the most beautiful ocean beaches in the world. There is nothing like it on earth! This property also includes assigned parking in the second driveway on McNair St., located on the back side of our building. The spaces are marked #44. This is a covered parking garage which makes it very nice as you are out of the weather when entering and exiting the condominium.

What makes this property unique

The views and relaxation of the ocean are priceless from this home! You will not want to go home.
There are no stairs in this building which makes this perfect for young and old alike! I have received wonderful remarks and phone calls from our guests. This is a non smoking property. WIFI/ Internet and Cable is included You can watch the storms and the whales for the living room of this home as well as the 4th of July fireworks. !
