This condo is just steps from a quiet, sandy beach, while Manhattan Beach State Recreation Area is a quick drive north. Downtown has many shops and restaurants to keep you entertained, while more adventurous souls can participate in fishing, clamming, crabbing, and hiking nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Literally beach front

Loved the location!!! Super nice inside, but bring your own pillow. Worth the rent because it’s perfect location and really nice!

The most incredible view!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful apartment! It was by far, the best place we’ve stayed at on the coast! The view is magnificent and the beaches were virtually empty! We truly didn’t want to leave!

Will return! We lived our unit.

I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews for this unit???? We arrived to a clean, great smelling unit. It has the basics of what you need to prepare a meal. The king bed was very comfortable, extra blankets, extra pillows. The tub in the bathroom is AMAZING!!!!! The windows that open in the living area are wonderful. Let's the sea air in. I could listen to the waves break all day long. It's comfy, clean, has a beautiful view, beachfront access....we enjoyed our stay. I suppose if you are looking for 5 star luxury this is not it but based on the price/location it is 5 star in my book.

A Nice Place

The condo is in a beautiful location right on a gorgeous beach. We loved having covered parking (although it’s tricky and would be difficult if driving a large vehicle). The beds were comfy and the place is super QUIET—so quiet you can’t even hear the surf with the windows closed . We appreciated the beach towels, too. Overall, a nice place to stay. Be aware, though, if you plan to cook. The pots and pans are low quality and the condo has zero basic cooking supplies—not even coffee and tea. We’ve stayed in countless vacation rentals and we’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have the basics. Be sure to do your shopping in Tillamook—the little markets in the smaller towns are very expensive.
