This is a clean, well run property. Lots of bedrooms good for bigger groups. Grill, patio, and picnic table in the back, plenty of parking in the back. Right in the middle of town in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!
The property was as advertised. Convenient location, in great shape and easily accommodated our extended family. We loved how walkable the town was and the variety of restaurants. If you go to Ely make sure you visit the International Wolf Center and the American Bear Center. Both are very informative and provide up close viewing of the ambassador animals.
Great peace to stay. There is plenty to do in the area and things to see. Good shopping! Great for a large group. Could use an upstairs bathroom and better railing for the stairwell.
We had a great time here lots of outdoor activities in this area. The house is perfect for a large group. Lots of space and full stocked with everything you would need. Large parking spaces outside we parked a travel trailer with no issues.
Ely is an interesting town. We enjoyed our biking on the Mesabi Trail and visits to the International Wolf and Bear Centers. A visit to the Dorothy Molter museum was an unexpected pleasure
We had family in town from Chicago and Nebraska. We all wanted some time together. This was a great setting for us, having some older relatives and a baby with us, and then there were some convenient stores and restaurants close by.
We had a great stay at this home! The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. The house had plenty of space and storage for our group of 8, and the bedrooms were all comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well-stocked with just about everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our trip so much easier. The home itself felt very inviting, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the enclosed front porch. It was also a nice bonus to have a smart TV for downtime. The location was also excellent — we could walk to shops, restaurants, and museums, and the hiking areas we wanted to explore were just a short drive away. Having EV charging within walking distance was another big plus.We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again!
