The Space:

Welcome to our modern villa, with 4 comfortable bedrooms with its own en-suite bathroom and A/C.



Bed Layout is as followed :

First Floor

Room 1 : 1 king bed

Room 2 : 2 Queen beds



Second Floor :

Room 3 : 2 Queen beds

Room 4 ( Master Bedroom ) : 1 King bed



The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, and for those who love to grill, we have a BBQ to impress your companions with your culinary skills, not to mention our inviting pool and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.



The beautiful garden is simply irresistible, making it a challenge to leave its enchanting surroundings.

Located in a private neighborhood with easy access, the house offers spacious parking space.



Other Things to Note:

As Casa de Campo is a private resort, access is restricted to Casa de Campo villa owners and their guests, as well as hotel guests. Although for most guests, access is complimentary, for some guests there is a daily “resort registration fee.” The following is a summary of everything you need to know about the fee, access to Casa de Campo and registration.



What is it?

The resort registration fee is a charge which visitors who have rented villas or apartments privately must pay to gain access to Casa de Campo and use of the resort’s facilities. This fee is not new.



How much is it?



USD$30 per adult per night (adult = all persons over the age of 12 years)

USD$15 per child per night ( child = age 4 to 12 years)

FREE – children under the age of 4 years

This registration fee applies to short-term rentals up to one month.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge service will be available to assist guests in designing their vacation experience. We can help with restaurant reservations, golf tee times, golf cart or boat rentals, chef in Villa breakfast to dinner, and more.
