There is a bright living room with sectional sofa and flat screen television, a dining room with large table and a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this level and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed.

The second level has a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (full bath with shower only). The other bedroom on this floor has two twins. There is a full bath with tub/shower on this level and a den with a television and sleep sofa, offering additional sleeping space for one or two people.

The four bedrooms and the main living area all have ductless split unit air conditioners.

Washer and dryer in the basement.

Relax or grill out on the large deck off the dining room. The property features a large green lawn and mature plantings.

This home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike/walking path, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Marconi Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Popular bay and ocean beaches and fresh water ponds are only a short drive away as are the town's bustling harbor and Main Street. Head to Truro and Provincetown for even more dining, shopping and fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
