About this property

VISTAMAR, mi casa en Punta Blanca.

Panoramic view and very close to a private beach , that is used only by neighbors. The house has 5 rooms, each room with its own complete bathroom. Is is a great place to hang out all day with family , or stay enjoying the tranquility of the beach. It has a big outdoor grill and a wood oven where cooking is a delightful experience. The pool is a very important part of the house . You can spend hours at the beach or at the pool . For the little kids it has a the tree house that they enjoy a lot. It has security cameras and internet.
Every morning we pick up a space at the beach and install our tent, so you can go back and forth as you please . There is a person who maintains the social area . If you need help in the kitchen a separate person can be hired . This is a family house where I hope you will enjoy as much as we always do, so it is not allowed to be rented for social events .
It is a big house than can accommodate 15 persons. It has several social areas , so even you are a bunch of people can feel that you are alone.
In the back of the rooms, there is an additional 2 person suite that can be rented individually or can be added to the house.
The person who maintains the outdoor of the house is included in the fee of your stay. There is a person, who I encourage to hire as for separate fee she can cook local dishes that you really will enjoy them.

Wonderful stay in Punta Blanca

The property is spacious and located on the shore. It is very comfortable and welcoming. The property caretaker is very helpful. The property owner was very helpful and helped us arrange transportation as well. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

Great experience!

We loved our stay at this place. The rooms are spread out on the property in a way that offers lots of privacy as well as lovely views. Our house person, Carlos was helpful with our every need. He was always around but rarely visible and always smiling. He helped us with shopping, washed our cars and kept everything clean. We felt very pampered. We hired a cook a few times and the meals she prepared were wonderful. We hope someday we can come back.

La estadía estuvo excelente, tuvimos mucha ayuda de las personas que cuidan la casa, inclusive ayudaron en la cocina para toda mi familia. La casa es muy cómoda y había espacio para todos. La vista es espectacular hacia la playa y la piscina es un lugar perfecto para pasar el día si no quieren ir a la playa. Recomendado!

La vista y la ubicación es muy bonita

La vista, la playa es única casi no hay gente es prácticamente una playa privada la casa se encuentra en una loma 50 gradas aprox arriba de la playa El servicio Danilo y su esposa es excepcional nos bajaban las sillas y el parasol y lo recogían todos los días , hemos comido delicioso Dania la esposa de Danilo nos cocinó muy rico.Danilo todas las mañana se iba a comprar pan y pescados, mariscos frescos también le usamos de chofer para recoger o dejar a los hijos . Definitivamente es una casa muy recomendable y nuestra familia queremos regresar Muchas Gracias

This is a very comfortable property. The rooms are very spacious and all rooms have queen beds . You feel like you are in a little resort as you have many places to rest all around the property.

The view is unique , and the service you will experience!!! You have the closeness to the beach , the infinite pool and the relax of the view. What else do you need to have magnificent beach days !!!
