The house was amazing. Lots of room. Very clean. The kids love being able to play on the playset in back yard and we loved that it was fenced in. My husband and his best friend was able to sit on patio outback and watch TV and they really loved that. Very close to the Braves stadium

Great location, immaculately clean

I live locally (about 20 minutes away) but needed a place to stay with two of my teens while work was being done on my house. I chose this property because it was pet-friendly, close to KSU, and within my price range.This house exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean (I had expected some pet hair but there was none to be seen) and recently renovated. I ended up not needing to bring my cat but it was nice to have the option. There were guest kits with mini toiletries that my daughters loved, and the bath towels rolled into swans on the beds. The bedroom furniture is basic but the mattresses, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The coffee bar was fantastic. Drip coffee, Keurig, even a French press is there. And a frother. If you’re from out of town, this is a pretty good location to stay - you’re right next to 575 which takes you straight to the mountains (Blue Ridge, Ellijay) and next to 75 which takes you straight to downtown Atlanta. And you’re next to KSU if you’re here for a campus tour. If I had to come up with a suggestion, it would have been nice to have extra towels. Also listen to the host when she says to limit the cars on property, you need to have the extra driveway space to turn around so you don’t have to back out onto a busy double yellow. Overall this was a terrific stay.
