Booked for two nights for a wedding in town. Worked out perfect for my wife and I. Great location to enjoy Bristol. We enjoyed the restaurants/bars and bike trail. Look forward to staying again!
Cozy, friendly place in walking distance to everything you’d want to do. Clean, pretty and very convenient. Don’t forget to sit out on the porch and watch the goings-on
This clean and well-decorated apartment is accurately portrayed. We had a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Bristol, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts can provide you with a parking permit for your vehicle and it was easy to find street parking. Just a block from the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and communicative. The kitchenette is well equipped for making simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed our stay!
Marianne and Tom are friendly and helpful hosts - and they have created the perfect spot to enjoy Bristol! The unit had everything we needed and was in perfect condition, sitting on the porch with our morning coffee was idyllic, and everything in town was in easy walking distance - from swims at Walley Beach to the East Bay Bike Path and everything in-between!
The three units we rented for 10 adults in town for a wedding were clean, comfortable, conveniently situated and a perfect fit for our group’s needs. Marianne and Tom were extremely helpful and as available as needed over the course of our party’s staggered arrival. I would definitely aim to rent Leonard Place again should I find myself returning to Bristol in the future!
