About this property

My home is located in a quiet/friendly neighborhood, rooms bright & sunny, beachy decor very welcoming and relaxing. Two bedrooms, total 600 sq/ft, entire downstairs of home with private entrance and garage, queen size beds (pillow top & memory foam). Private outdoor patio with gas fire table & BBQ, coffee bar w/mini fridge, microwave and all necessary utensils (no stove/oven). Close to many activities: beach, dining, shopping, hiking trails, wineries, whale watching tours, kayaking and golfing.

* Additional cleaning fee of $100 for children under the age of 8. This fee maybe refunded if the property is left in good condition.

**Beach towels, chairs and cooler/ice available for use during your entire stay.

*** Air Purification machines provided for guest protection in rental area and can be used when windows and doors are closed to ensure circulation of clean air.

In addition, even though the pandemic is subsiding I plan to continue to proceed with caution. Upon arrival I will greet guest at a distance and provide some basic information. Beyond this initial meeting there will be no contact between guest and the host except thru text or a phone call. Also asking guest to leave several windows open upon your departure as a safe guard before I enter to clean later in the day. The rental is thoroughly sanitized and not booked for several days between each reservation/guest to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Perfect location for our stay

Came to town for a wedding. Location was perfect. Very private. Super clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable! I believe you could describe the unit as an in-law suite. No kitchen sink, but easy to work around. Highlight is definitely the private back patio. Hummingbirds abound!

Short stay in Grover Beach

Overall everything was extremely clean, with the exception of some spots on the carpet. The outside deck was very pretty and peacefull. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to town.

July 4th Get-Away

I had sent an e-mail confirming the kitchen arrangements but received no response from the owner. I wanted to verify if there was a stove and a full size fridge (at least 15CF). When our aunt arrived she was surprised that there was no indoor sitting area (living room or kitchen) and sitting out in the patio was too cold & windy. The kitchen only had a coffee maker, a small beverage fridge & small microwave. There was no sink in the kitchen and we had to use the bathroom sink to fill the coffee maker or rinse cups & dishes after use. The owner offered to pick up the used dishes and she would wash them and return them. The unit was very cold and the owner suggested she use portable heaters. When she did use the heater the power went out and the TV did not work nor did the WiFi. The owner called the cable company and suggested a new box was needed but would not be available until the next day. My aunt finally asked the owner to turn on the heat from her upstairs home so we could have heat that night. The unit was clean and we had a garage to park both our cars and the laundry appliances seemed well kept.

The rental space has been set up to provide guest with the level of privacy and comforts anticipated during their vacation/getaway. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and wineries, not to mention ocean sports are ideal and convenient. The private patio has been converted into a relaxing garden and oasis for morning coffee or evening wine.

What makes this property unique

Private garage parking space dedicated to the guest only and is adjacent the rental rooms, for easy unloading and loading. Beach chairs with an overhead shade cover, towels and cooler are available for use and allow guest to take excursions to the beach hassle free .... one less thing to pack and manage.
