Rented this place on a weekend for our fantasy football draft. The appeal was the 3 car garage that was promoted in the listing for our draft because of the spacious room and with 1 friend of ours in a wheelchair. The house was clean for the most part, the beds were comfortable and property was peaceful. Leading up to the stay the owner was very cordial and open to anything else we needed. However upon arriving at check in I noticed the garage door was locked. After back and forth messaging for many hours we still could not access the garage. The owner kept asking for pictures to help show what door but over and over I explained the one and only access point was closed and locked and Vrbo does not allow pictures to be sent in messenger. Was told maybe a locksmith would get involved but nonetheless it didn’t get resolved. With the garage being shut we had to move furniture around to make space for our friend in the wheelchair. At the end of the day we made it work however the sole reason choosing this property over several others was the 3 car garage converted to office space. Photo attached is the door in question. Owner of property did apologize and offer a partial refund.
