This modern waterfront condo is located on Horseshoe Bend at the 2 mile marker of the main Channel of Lake of the Ozarks, near Bagnell Dam at Monarch Cove Condominium.

Monarch Cove is one of the most popular complexes at the lake. Relax on the screened in porch and enjoy the beautiful views.

Complex features include: elevators, 3 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, outdoor BBQ area & lake promenade.

Condo features include: Wireless Internet and Cable

Porch has amazing view of main channel and cove. Includes table and chairs. Sliding glass door opens into the living room. Large gas grill (propane provided). Porch is screened in with glass rails to enhance

Kitchen is fully stocked with set of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cookware, cooking utensils, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Full size stove, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Pantry is also located in kitchen for room to store your groceries. Table with 6 chairs and 3 bar stools.

Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board and laundry hanging rack.

Master Bedroom has pillow-top King size bed with stunning view of lake, mounted smart TV in bedroom. Attached newly remodeled walk-in-shower and updated bathroom. Please note the master closet is now locked. You may utilize the laundry room to hang up clothes.

Queen pillow-top beds with TVs (cable included) in both the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms (linens are provided)

Main full bathroom with tub/shower and located by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Bathroom is completely stocked with towels.

Please note: this is a non-smoking condo unit (no smoking in condo or on the patio/porch). New carpet on the patio/porch and any signs of smoking will forfeit complete deposit. No smoking policy will be strictly enforced.

Condo will have starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods.

This unit is perfect for a family or group of friends! With 3 bedrooms, comfortable couches, a small kitchen, and a beautiful lake view you couldn’t ask for much better. We loved that the location was central to all of our favorite spots and will look to stay here again soon!

Property was in good condition, very good location, easy access with parking. Great view of the lake, beautiful outdoor deck that had screened in porch to keep bugs away, nice furniture and gas grill. Condo had everything needed to cook meals and relax. Enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Excellent property as advertised. Everything we needed was on site. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully furnished and comfortable.The living room and dining area was furnished so that all five of us could comfortably sit together to watch movies or play games. The screened in area outside again furnished so we could be comfortable sipping morning coffee or late night drinks. Would love to be your guests again next summer.

Warm and Welcoming

New to vrbo, I was wary of what our reservation might bring. No worries! This beautifully welcoming property felt like a hug after long week. The location is perfect, the owner’s communication is superior, and the amenities are wonderful. We spent each evening on the screened in porch overlooking the cove watching boats come and go. Beautiful sunsets, thick and comfy linens, close parking - it was a wonderful experience!

This unit has easy access from the parking lot. The condo was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. It was early in the season so understandable, I guess, that we needed to clean the balcony table, grill, and outdoor chairs before use. The number of recliners in the living room which initially seems odd is GREAT when the family settles down for movie night. Management is responsive and easy to access. The primary bathroom jacuzzi did not work, but it may have been my error, and I did not ask management for help. I recommend this condo and would love to bring my family here again.

There for a family reunion

Everything was great....would only suggest at least full rolls of tp for guests when they arrive... Enjoyed our time playing games at the Square table each night with family and venturing out boating. Tubing, parasailing for our reunion

Great stay in Lake of the Ozarks!

Took my daughters on vacation to LOTO and rented a condo from Brad. Was immaculate when we got there. Checking in was a breeze. The unit was stocked with everything we needed from bath towels to toilet paper to dishes and pots and pans to garbage bags and dish soap. Had a patio overlooking the cove with a great view. Brad always responded to my texts pretty much immediately. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
