This newly constructed custom home has been professionally designed and furnished especially for the vacation renter. Experience Eden like a local in this 7-bedroom 6-bath destination. With 6 King Beds and 2 Queen Bunk Beds, this unique property offers a perfectly laid out retreat for friends and families that is central to everything that Ogden Valley offers. The Queen over Queen Bunk Room will be a hit with kids and adults (in process of being custom built now, new pictures soon)

With two spacious family rooms groups can gather without disrupting each other. The lower level family room has a 85" Television with kitchenette and microwave for entertaining. And the main level family room is connected to the kitchen making one large space that opens to the patio and deck.

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a private hot tub on the back patio, fire-pit (seasonal) and a spacious deck overlooking Pineview Lake and Snowbasin Resort. Enjoy the community clubhouse with fitness room, hot tub and seasonal swimming pool and tennis courts. Immerse yourself in the enjoyable surroundings and make the most of your stay in Eden.

Our kitchen has everything that you need, from a 36" professional range with gas oven and warming drawer plus an electric wall oven with microwave/speed oven. We include every piece of utensil that you will need to cook and host along with beautiful dinnerware and serving pieces.

We have thought of everything in this home to make your stay an incredible experience that will create lasting memories!

The house was unbelievably clean, orderly and fully stocked as advertised. We had a full house and the layout was perfect with a basement for the kids and nicely furnished rooms and bathrooms for all. Besides the lack of snow, our stay was awesome.

This was a perfect place for our trip. We go to Eden every year for a Gentlemen's ski trip. We love to ski hard, cook great meals at the house and relax for some football. This house made all of that easy. It's basically brand new, great above ground spa in the back of the house and tons of living space. The 7 bedrooms also stands out when looking at other rentals. Every person had their own room this year which made it great as well. We have rented between 8 and 10 different houses in the trapper's ridge area and this definitely is one of the Best!! Host was great, super responsive when we had a few questions and everything ran smooth. Also very close to Powder Mountain and just across the valley from Snow Basin.

My wife and I along with our kids, their spouses, and granddaughters have stayed in a number of VRBO homes in the past. This incredible home is hands down our favorite of them all! The house was beautiful, well decorated, very clean and spacious for our family of 13. The pictures are great representations of each of the rooms. And the view of Ogden Valley is spectacular!From start to finish we had a great experience. Kristal was very communicative before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality utensils and appliances. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. The hot tub was clean and really nice after a day wrangling with the granddaughters. Making s'mores on the gas fire pit was a favorite of the kids. The kitchen (oversized stove top, 2 ovens …) was spacious and made cooking a lot of fun when preparing meals for us all. We loved the built in kitchen table for meals and games. My two sons had some epic foosball games on the bottom floor. The furniture and beds for all rooms were comfortable and made this house a great home for the 4 days we were there.The pool is not far away and definitely worth the time. We took advantage of the pickleball courts at the Junior High and hikes from North Fork Park.Overall, we could not recommend this house more. We listed no negatives because there were none. We look forward to another visit in the future!

I managed our seven bedroom home on 11 acres and a few smaller condos all in Eden. I have loved meeting new people from around the world and help be a small part of our visitors experience. We decide to sell our properties and build two custom 7 bedroom homes right next door to each other to accommodate bigger groups and family reunions. We love living in the Valley and welcome visitors to explore why we love where we live!

Why they chose this property

Trappers Ridge is such a quiet peaceful neighborhood with amenities for busy active families. I love the pathways that through the property that also connect to mountain trails that makes hiking out our door so easy! We also love the swimming pool, community hot tub and tennis courts (although we use it for pickle ball)

What makes this property unique

Our home was built with vacation renters in mind. Each home has two family rooms that are large and accommodate plenty of seating to gather together. We have a private patio with hot tub in the back yard and a large deck overlooking Pineview and Snowbasin Resort. During Summer, Fall and Spring you can enjoy out door living on our many seating and dining areas.
