This open concept living area encompassing a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave ,ice-maker and breakfast bar; a dining room and a large flat screen HDTV in livingroom and sliding glass doors to the patio. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and separate entrances
to the screened in porch and garage. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable. This home is SMOKE FREE!
Outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and features a screened in porch with table and chairs; an outdoor shower; a unique paver patio with furniture and a privacy fence stretching the entire length of the back year;concrete stepping stones leading to a concrete alligator bench and shade tree in the front yard; gas grille and driveway leading to an attached two car garage.

This house has beach decor and feeling of home. You can be at the beach in seconds or relax outside on our beautiful patio or screened in porch. It quiet and if you listen real close at night you can hear the Ocean!!!!!!!!
