Get ready to relax in our 2-Queen bedroom house in Fuquay-Varina. Our adorable property is nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood in the center of the quaint blooming town Fuquay Varina. We're just south of Raleigh, close to Holly Springs, Cary, and Campbell University. It features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers & a tub, and a cozy living room with a sofa that sleeps like a dream. Guests can enjoy amenities like fully stocked kitchen, filtered water, heating, AC, high speed internet, smart TV. Washer/dryer may be available. Locally owned Breweries and Restaurants, antique shops, bakery and coffee shops within walking distance. Scrape and rinse all dishes, but you may leave them for us to clean.
Return any furniture or appliance to its original place
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes upon entering house.
To protect HVAC system, thermostat has set parameters. During summer time set temp can not go below 72F. During winter time it can not go above 70F.
Only park in the designated parking area, never on the grass nor in the street.

The home was exactly as described and the hosts are fantastic. Particularly appreciated the higher end linens in bedroom and bathroom which is always a plus. Location is very safe within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and shops.

This charming home was the perfect size for our family of 3 and ideally located close to the family we were visiting. It was in a quite and safe neighborhood where you could easily go for a stroll around the block, to a park, to get some coffee, or to the local art center. The house itself was homey and very roomy.The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need for an extended stay. We also appreciated the extras amenities like hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent, which you don't always get a full supply of at every Vrbo. Everything in the home felt new and well cared for.The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were soft, and towels were plush, much better than anything you'd find at a hotel, in my opinion. The hosts were kind, responsive, and put a lot of care into making sure we had a great stay.Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the house itself! We’ll absolutely be looking to stay here again the next time we’re in town visiting family.
