This property was super clean and modern, with all the amenities you'd need. The host was very friendly and responsive and accommodating. You can really tell that she loves her home and wants her guests to have a wonderful stay. The location can't be better, just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and the storage room has an awesome beach wagon and some chairs to borrow. The beds are very comfortable and so is the living room furniture. There is a full flight of stairs to keep in mind. Nice porch with chairs to watch the sunset or have morning coffee. We'd love to stay again!

Can’t say enough positive things about the property, but most of all about the host. She went over and above to help us when we experienced catastrophic health problems. She was there for us when we needed her and helped in every way she could. Thank you, Becca!!!! You are certainly a blessing!!!

This house was everything we were looking for - close to the beach, easy check-in/out, cleanliness, and ample space! The front porch was great for hanging out in the mornings and evenings and the living room/kitchen was plenty big to accommodate my family. We will book here again should we return to Carolina Beach!

We had an amazing stay! This beach home was perfect for our family of six—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was immaculate with comfortable furniture and beds. The location couldn’t have been better, with such easy beach access that made every day relaxing and enjoyable. The home was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities such as beach towels, chairs, beach corn hole and wagon. Loved the rockers on the porch and the picnic table under the house which made for a great reprieve from the sun after returning from the beach. The double driveway was ample room for our three vehicles. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They even added a TV to one of the bedrooms for us and promptly came over to fix the internet so we wouldn’t miss the World Cup games. Their kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return!

We had an incredible stay at this home. It was in a great location just steps from the beach, lots of great restaurants and walking distance to the boardwalk. The house was very well-stocked and we even used the provided outdoor grill one night. The space was perfect for our family of 4, but could have easily fit a few more guests if needed. My boys are now in love with Carolina Beach and said it’s one of the best family vacations we’ve ever taken.

Beautiful home and so clean. It’s hard to find a place that you feel as comfortable in as your own home, but this was an exception! Gorgeous home, comfortable, kid friendly. Hosts made a point to provide items needed for our children. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a rental property!

Beautiful Home - Steps from the Beach!

Our stay at Becca's property was amazing, the home was exactly as described and just steps from the beach. Becca was extremely responsive and flexible with us during our stay, and we greatly appreciated all of the items available including a really awesome beach cart to carry all of our stuff down to the ocean. We will definitely look into staying here again for our next trip to CB. Thanks again, Becca!

Its too bad you can only give five stars. This is the real deal. An owner who is responsive and accommodating. The location couldn't be better short walk to the beach and short drive to the center of town. This house is clean, well equipped with a generous room on the ground level for all your beach stuff. We will be back again.

About the host

Hosted by Becca Jaeb

Host profile image
We lived in Wake Forest, NC, for 15 wonderful years. In 2012, we bought a beach house in Carolina Beach to rent out and enjoy ourselves when we could. Over the years, we loved hosting family and friends there—it became a special retreat for us and everyone who visited. A couple of years ago, we made the exciting decision to move into the beach house full-time, embracing the coastal lifestyle we had always dreamed of. Recently, we’ve purchased a new home nearby that we are now thrilled to offer as a rental. We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience, and since we live just around the corner, we’re always available if you need anything or have any questions during your stay.

Why they chose this property

Since moving to Carolina Beach, we’ve absolutely fallen in love with it—especially the neighborhood where this house is located. There’s something truly special about this area: the laid-back coastal vibe, the friendly community, and the natural beauty all around. The house is just a short walk from the beach, and we’ve really come to appreciate how convenient everything is. There are great local restaurants, and unique spots to explore just around the corner, along with a nearby walking path that’s perfect for morning strolls or evening sunsets. And the neighbors—warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile—have made it feel like home from the start.
