The floors, bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances were all clean but some of the furniture and many of the walls and cabinets were stained and/scuffed. There was no rug in the living room floor like the picture displays but that wasn’t a huge deal to me. I liked the convenience of the cement floors- they were easy to sweep and mop. I had issues with accessing entry to the parking garage because the remote provided is finicky. My vehicle was towed one night because I forgot to display my parking pass so DO NOT forget to show that visibly if you rent this unit. I liked that the unit was on the first floor, that it was pet friendly, and its proximity to several parks and the Texas Medical Center. My husband has been treated there since August and this unit has provided me with a quiet place, close to Methodist hospital.
