1. Excellent communication with the owner. She responded to texts within minutes. She was thoughtful and friendly. 2. The place was EXACTLY as described. 3. The place was spotlessly cleaned.4. The kitchen had all the basics and then some. 5. The location, view, fireplace, it was all lovely.
