The A/C wasn't working and the owner knew that and didn't notify me. After checking in I went downstairs to notify the front desk the A/C was inoperable. The owner texted me hewas aware of the issue but it would not be fixed today.I asked for my money back but the owner only returned 2/3 of the charge saying that was all the could refund. Very disappointed.

Camille you didn’t even stay at the unit. I refunded as much as the platform let me, and I explained you had to call the platform directly to get the other amount. How can you rate your stay when you didn’t stay? I explained you it was a problem we had since the morning so we didn’t have the tools to solve the issue but that I was going to refund you. I told you that as soon as I knew. I even tried to help you find another place for the inconvenience. Sometimes this things happen and it’s out of my hands but my reaction was to help you and offer you the best service I could.
