Unit is located in Center of town. The Apartment is for 6 people. Exceptional, Beautiful, Quiet and Romantic.

There are many excursions to choose such as exploring the dozen sandy beaches like El Rincon, Las Galeras, Playa Linda the stunning Cayo Levantado, El Limon waterfall, Los Haitises National Park, or cruise among the migrating humpback whales during the winter months. We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view of Samana bay was superb.Our host was very attentive to make sure we knew how to get in and operate things. They also contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was good!

Beautiful 3-bedroom condo overlooking Samana Bay

First, the view from this place is spectacular! It is located high on a hill with a 150 degree view of Samana and Samana bay. Three couples stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were comfortable, and two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors facing the bay. The kitchen is well equipped and adequate for cooking meals or entertaining. The three bathrooms are nice. The main room has a balcony that overlooks the bay, and it is set up with comfortable chairs and a table that is large enough for 6 or 8 people to eat or play games. The entire space is bright, airy, clean, and well decorated. It is on the 3rd floor, accessed by stairs. There is plenty of parking and the entire place is behind a gate and is guarded 24/7. There is a small outdoor pool and covered patio. The hostess was very attentive to make our stay enjoyable and trouble-free. In all, we had a very enjoyable time and would definitely stay there again.

COSTO ECCESSIVO PER COME E' ATTREZZATA

Noi abbiamo accettato il prezzo richiesto perchè nello scambio di mail ci veniva offerta la colazione, che poi non c'è stata. I proprietari sono gentili ed il contesto molto bello ma la casa è poco attrezzata per chi intende mangiare in appartamento (non c'è neanche la tovaglia e il tavolo è di vetro), ci sono problemi con l'acqua e con vari insetti presenti nei bagni e nella cucina.

I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding due to the language barrier. The description on the site clearly states no breakfast included. Our kitchen is fully equipped for those who decide to cook and stay in. The water issue has been resolved as our main pipe had a hole. Due to the inconvenience and misunderataning because of the language, I offered to give a comfortable price if they decide to return. Overall, they were good guests.
