For insurance and liability purposes, all guests and any pets accompanying your stay must be included in the reservation at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station is conveniently located near the beach path. Rockaway Beach is very pet-friendly, but as of now, there’s no dog park—just a big, beautiful beach to enjoy (on leash)!

Please note: there are 22 stairs from the garage level to the condo.
