The 718 Bungalow is a fully private guest suite with its own separate entrance from the front of the property. Although attached to the main home, the suite is completely self-contained with no shared indoor spaces.

Inside you'll find a queen bed with hotel-quality linens, a modern bathroom with a full shower, a workspace with desk and chair, a mini fridge and microwave, and a Keurig coffee bar stocked with essentials. The design is clean and intentional with neutral tones, curated art, and soft lighting that make the space feel like a boutique hotel room.

Please note: Parking is available on the street; it is not a private driveway. It is on a residential road (but parking is plentiful).

College Park is one of Orlando's most walkable, tree-lined neighborhoods. Edgewater Drive is steps away with locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. From here:
