Bill and I have several properties located in areas that we like to go. We open our homes so that others may enjoy themselves in a comfortable and calming environment. We have two homes in Mexico, two on 30A in Florida and one in Carmel, CA.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is close to the best dining in Baja with Flora Farms and Acre a 7 min drive. There is a fabulous beach club, it's close to golf and the super marina. What is best about this area is that you don't have to go into town if you do not want to. After crossing the bridge to get to La Laguna Hills you'll find the Marriott , the Ritz, El Ganzo and TONS of great restaurants. You'll also be able to experience beaches with hardly anyone on them, fish, stroll on the beach or just enjoy the views.
What makes this property unique
Amazing views in a quintessential Mexican Villa. You can't beat the views and it's a 2 min drive to the beach 2.5 min to the Beach Club.
